Nicolas Cage is facing a law suit from his baby mama.
Christina Fulton, the mother of Cage's 18 year-old-son, Weston, is suing the actor for fraud and breach of contract.
Fulton, 42, claims that Cage inflicted her with "mental, physical and emotional abuse" during their relationship which ended 15 years ago, TMZ.com reports.
In the suit filed today in Los Angeles, Fulton, a former actress, claims that Cage bought her a house in 2001 in exchange for raising their son.
However when she decided to sell it this year, she discovered that the title had never been transferred to her and, in September, she was served with a 60-day eviction notice.
In total, Fulton says she suffered damages totaling over $13 million.
Cage's attorney, Marty Singer, told TMZ, "The lawsuit is an absurd claim. All of these claims are long-time barred by the statute of limitations and are baseless."
According to People.com, the Oscar-winning actor currently owes $6.26 million in back taxes, recently defaulted on a $2 million dollar loan and has is locked in a legal battle with former accountant Samuel Levin.
