IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

NeNe Leakes has always had a rather abrasive personality, but now that the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star’s showbiz success has gone to her head, she’s unbearable! Even NeNe’s biggest Facebook fans thought that she took the Scrooge act a bit too far when when she gave the cold shoulder to several cast members at Kandi Burruss’ party.

Parties on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta are nearly always disastrous, so you’d think that Kandi Burruss would be smart enough to avoid throwing such peachy gatherings. Unfortunately, the reality star still does not seem to have learned her lesson, for, after a successful meetup with Claudia Jordan, she decided to invite her fellow RHOA stars over for a ‘Kandi Koated’ bash. The goal of this gathering was to kick back and talk about sex, but of course, things didn’t go exactly as planned.

The bulk of the blame for Kandi’s party disaster can be placed squarely on NeNe Leakes’ shoulders. From the moment she arrived, NeNe was incredibly frosty, snubbing Kenya Moore and her new pal Claudia. This hostility towards Kenya was to be expected, but Twitter followers were surprised when NeNe lashed out at Claudia. Apparently, the RHOA newbie’s circle of friends does not impress Ms. Leakes.

Kandi tried her best to keep the party from devolving into chaos, and on some level, she was actually successful. The atmosphere at the event was definitely awkward, but it was nowhere near as awful as last year’s infamous pajama party. That being said, Kandi did notice NeNe’s very odd behavior, which she assumed was responsible for most of the awkwardness at the party. The reality star later admitted, “NeNe is killing our vibe.”
