NeNe Leakes Confirms Second Nose Job

NeNe Leakes has come clean about her new look.

The reality star admitted to having a second nose job done for medical reasons.

"My cartilage was going in my nose and the tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled," she told Andy Cohen on Thursday's "Watch What Happens Live."

"It's only day 13, so I'm very swollen," the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star said.

Earlier this week, the reality star's Instagram followers questioned if the 48-year-old had recently gone under the knife.

Some were downright rude.

"U look horrible now look at yo face now look at yo chest not enough money in the word to make me wanna be white ... chill," wrote one user.

Leakes hopes the internet trolls stop now.

"People are constantly judging and picking people apart," she told Cohen. "It's absolutely horrible. And people don't even know what the purpose is. First of all, educate yourself and get the reason why."

Adding, "I'm the kind of girl who will give it to you straight — I got my nose done because I can, and I will, and I will get it done again if I want to, okay?"

As the highest paid "housewive" in 2010, she admitted to People that she had a nose job, among other cosmetic procedures. Her visit to the surgeon was also featured on the Bravo show.
