Nelly gives his fans a look at Ashanti Island, sharing a vlog of the R&B singer’s tropical-themed birthday party uploaded to social media the two musicians can be seen enjoying the company of each other, plus friends and family at the celebratory event. Ashanti seemed to be expecting a smaller more intimate gathering. Her pleasantly surprised reaction to the lavish event is also caught on camera in the video recap. The New York native’s birthday came on Oct. 13. She turned 44 years old.“ Happy Bday To the most beautiful woman in the world,” wrote the St. Louis rapper on Instagram. “Putting Smiles on your face is something i wake up thinking about and the thing I love doing the most… grateful to have someone who loves and appreciate me as much as I do them … love you mama. “Awwwwww Thanku babe!!!!
