Ms. Jackson Is Suing Floyd Mayweather Over Sonogram Pic

Floyd Mayweather was slapped with a lawsuit Thursday claiming he KO'd his former fiancée's privacy and emotional wellbeing when he posted a sonogram photo online and accused her of aborting their twins.

Ex-lover Shantel Jackson also claims the undefeated boxer twisted her arm and choked her during an argument in August 2012 and then pointed a gun at her in April 2013 while asking which toe she wanted him to shoot, the lawsuit obtained by the Daily News reveals.

"I have been embarrassed and humiliated more than I can ever imagine by Floyd," Jackson, 29, said after breaking down in tears during a press conference Thursday.

The beautiful brunette said she had no choice but to file the action in Los Angeles County Superior Court with a "heavy heart."

"Ms. Jackson was terrified for her safety, and humiliated by Mayweather's conduct," lawyer Gloria Allred said as Jackson sat beside her.

Allred confirmed Jackson became pregnant by Mayweather last November and that a December sonogram revealed she was carrying twins.

The lawyer refused to discuss any possible complications with the pregnancy and how it ultimately "terminated" in January.

She said Mayweather's use of the sonogram in his bombshell Facebook post was "devastating" for Jackson.

"The real reason me and Shantel Christine Jackson @missjackson broke up was because she got a abortion, and I'm totally against killing babies. She killed our twin babies," he wrote in a caption to the sonogram posted May 1.

"Every woman has a right to privacy and there is no excuse for invading anyone's privacy, especially about what is happening in one's own body and one's own medical records," Allred said.

"I never stated that she had an abortion or didn't have an abortion," Allred continued. "I will just say that it was devastating to her to have him do what he did, and it's clear to me that it was to hurt her."

In her lawsuit, Jackson, a former model, claims Mayweather kept her a "virtual prisoner" in his Las Vegas house during a portion of their relationship, monitoring her with surveillance and only allowing her to leave the house in the company of one of his employees.

Allred said Thursday that Jackson was in love with Mayweather and believed him when he promised to get help and turn over a "new leaf."

When a pregnant Jackson refused to leave her home in California and move to Las Vegas with Mayweather, he turned verbally abusive.

After the pregnancy ended in January, Mayweather kept trying to get Jackson back and became "infuriated"
when she posted a photo showing an outing she took with the rapper Nelly.

Mayweather allegedly threatened to release naked photos of herand ultimately retaliated by revealing the pregnancy in the bombshell Facebook post in early May.

"Floyd Mayweather Jr. may make his living inflicting pain on others in the boxing ring, but he has no right to force Shantel to endure the pain that he inflicted on her outside of the boxing ring," Allred said.

The new lawsuit claims Jackson suffered from invasion of privacy, battery, assault, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil harassment and false imprisonment.

It seeks compensation for more than $2 million worth of property and gifts allegedly stolen by Mayweather and punitive damages to be determined at trial.

Attempts to reach a spokeswoman for Mayweather, 37, were not immediately successful.

The world champion boxer scrubbed the sonogram pic from his social media accounts within hours of an outpouring of negative reaction.
