MORE THAN A MILLION WORTH OF COKE SEIZED IN UPSTATE NEW YORK!

Cops smashed three drug rings Wednesday that ran a blizzard of cocaine to upstate New York, authorities said.

More than $1 million in coke was seized and 39 people were arrested as a result of “Operation Southbound,” a nine-month probe of drug-running from New York City and Buffalo to Cortland, Syracuse, Watertown and the areas around Fort Drum.

“These elaborate drug networks polluted our communities through a pipeline of illegal drugs,” said state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

The multi-agency investigation culminated with a series of early morning raids to round up the suspects.

All are charged with drug trafficking, various counts of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to commit those crimes.

One of the alleged ringleaders, Rayshonn Hester, was already doing time in state prison on another drug charge when he was hit with the new charges.

“Investigators found that Rayshonn Hester was selling large amounts of cocaine to buyers in the City of Cortland,” court papers revealed. “Investigators then uncovered a chain of suppliers.”

A second network shut down by police was running drugs allegedly supplied by a Brooklyn man identified as Kamar Davidson, who has been arrested before for selling cocaine.

Two other New York City residents, Corey Grier and Jimmy Peña, were also arrested Wednesday. The rest of the suspects were from upstate.
