The cast of 'Jersey Shore' will be heading back to Seaside Heights to film the fifth season as soon as they leave Florence, Italy For the fifth season of "Jersey Shore," Snooki & Co. are returning to Seaside Heights, N.J., and will start filming it almost immediately after the cast arrives back in America this month, reports PopEater.

Just one problem: the cast hadn't even been told yet, according to TMZ.

And the quick turnaround could interfere with their major source of income: club bookings.

The cast was under the impression they had until August before they began shooting the next season, so they set up lucrative appearances throughout July.

Also, many of the cast members, namely Paul (DJ Pauly D) Delvecchio and Jenni (Jwoww) Farley, also have their own reality show spin-offs that are set to begin filming soon.

To top it all off, everyone expected to go straight home after Italy – so they haven't packed the proper New Jersey clothing, adds TMZ.

Although from pictures we've seen of the cast in Florence, their Italian duds don't seem very different from what they wear at the Shore.

Whether or not the cast will go along with that last-minute plan is still up in the air. The show's filming was delayed previously after contract negotiations went sour.

Season Four of the "Jersey Shore" will premiere on Aug. 4.
