In a bizarre twist, it looks like Montana Fishburne filming a porno might have been her attempt to clean up her life. Turns out, the 19-year-old daughter of Laurence “Morpheus” Fishburne was picked up by police for prostitution last year. In March, she pleaded no contest to the charge of trespassing, a misdemeanor. In return for the plea, the court agreed to drop the more serious charges of solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution. Montana was sentenced to 15 days in jail, which she got out of by doing community service, and two years of probation. Some interesting stipulations of her probation: she was ordered to not charge (or attempt to charge) money for sex; have sex in a public place or a place “exposed to public view”; hitchhike or otherwise engage drivers in conversation; and loiter in alleys or public streets “with the intent to solicit acts of prostitution.” We’re wondering if porn counts as “sex exposed to public view”?
