Mo’Nique Gets At Tyler Perry, Says Madea Is A “Better Human Being”

Mo’Nique during a conversation with Rodney “Red” Grant, the Deliverance star explained that while she and her husband love Tyler Perry, she feels his Madea persona is a “far better human being” than the man is as himself. “Madea is a far better human being because the principles and values that she stands on, once he goes back to Tyler Perry, he drops it off,” Mo’Nique noted. She addressed her open letter to Perry from a few weeks ago, calling him a “hypocrite” for what he shared at Angie Stone’s funeral in comparison to how his actions towards her.
