Method Man Quits Social Media After Photo Of His Wife Suddenly Surfaces

Method Man has quit social media "until further notice" after a photo of his wife was posted online.

The rapper and actor revealed the news on his Twitter and Instagram accounts Tuesday and replaced his profile picture with a cartoon of a troll.

"I've lost faith in human decency and I will not feed the trolls any longer. F--k u all. 1."

It all started when the notoriously private Wu-Tang Clan member asked Twitter user, Farrah Gray, to remove a snap of his better half.

"I am asking if u could please take this down..My wife deserves her privacy and to be left alone.. Thank u!" he wrote.

Shortly after, he tweeted Gray again - and was just shy of begging. "I'll ask again could u Please take it down, if u hv any decency in u. Please!"

Little is known about his unidentified wife of two decades, who is also a cancer survivor. The couple live in Staten Island and have three children together.

Naturally, his fans were unhappy, but sympethetic.

"I Don't blame you," one user said.

Another added, "Unreal. I wish you and your family peace and privacy G. Some people are soulless."

Some just didn’t want to see him leave.

"I'm so sad.. My first social media account and I just started following you C. Thanks a million to whoever pissed him off," one user wrote.
