At last year’s Super Bowl, “Free Meek Mill” shirts were a fixture as the Eagles and various celebs supported the Philly rapper, who was in prison over a probation violation.

This week, Meek teamed with Jay-Z, Rubin and others to launch Reform Alliance, a new initiative to change probation and parole laws.
