Mary J. Blige Celebrates 50th Birthday In A Gold Bikini

Mary J. Blige is ringing in her 50th birthday, and looking just fine.

The Grammy-winning musician marked the milestone on Monday by sharing a series of glamorous bikini photos on Instagram, modeling a gold snake-embossed halter top and matching bottoms with wraparound ties.

Blige wore her hair in extra-long blond braids for the pictures, which were snapped by photographer Robert Ector, and accessorized with gilded aviator shades, a stack of gold bracelets and Nefertiti hoop earrings ($299.99) from her own jewelry line, Sister Love.

“50 where!?!?,” one fan exclaimed in the comments, while another added, “50 never looked so good!”

Blige’s famous friends like Halle Berry, Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes also flocked to the comments to share their well wishes (and more than a few fire emojis).

The “Family Affair” hitmaker celebrated turning the big 5-0 with a star-studded virtual “surprise birthday bash” attended by Elliott along with gospel great Karen Clark Sheard, Gabrielle Union, Common, Angela Bassett and more.
