IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

Broadcaster Marv Albert denied reports Saturday that he was involved in a fistfight with rapper 50 Cent during a "Jimmy Kimmel Live" appearance Wednesday.
"I couldn't even tell you what the guy looked like or what the security guard looked like," Albert told The Associated Press about the gangsta rapper.

Members of the rapper's entourage reportedly threw punches at Albert when they didn't recognize him backstage.

Albert was the voice of the Knicks on radio and television for over 30 years before being let go in 2004 by the MSG Network.

The basketball hall-of-famer was convicted in 1997 of repeatedly punching and biting a girlfriend on her back at a Virginia Ritz-Carlton.

50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, has a violent history that includes surviving a May 2000 shooting, which left his body with nine bullet holes.
