MARIAH SHOWS OFF HER BEACH BODY!

Three months after she gave birth to twins, Mariah Carey is showing off her post-babies figure -- and in a bathing suit no less.

The 41-year-old singer tweeted a photo of herself in a low-cut, tight one-piece wading in the water at the beach on Tuesday.

"Ocean work out!" wrote Carey. "It's been a loooong time since I've been in the ocean."

She could certainly use the R&R.

Before she delivered little Monroe and Moroccan on April 30, she recently revealed it had been a "bleak" time.

"I was so uncomfortable," Carey said. "I'm kind of proud of myself. I really am -- sorry, pregnant with twins is different than anything! [People] were always saying to me, 'Oh, but it's all worth it!' Yeah, but it's easy to say when you're not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into like a really difficult time.

"My body went through so much," she continued. "Holding those twins in -- you have to keep them in as long as possible. It's a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant."

But now that they're here, motherhood has been an "eye-opening" experience, Carey's husband Nick Cannon, 30, has said. "She really knows what being a woman is about now."
