Are Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon headed for divorce?

The 44-year-old singer's six-year marriage to the "America's Got Talent" host has reportedly hit the rocks, according to TMZ.

The couple are apparently "living apart" and have already gotten lawyers involved to negotiate property and custody agreements over their 3-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

"Divorce is a done deal," the gossip site reported.

Their relationship allegedly suffered a big hit when Cannon,33, appeared on Big Boy's radio show in March and named Kim Kardashian as one of the celebrities he has bedded.

"That made Mariah insane and humiliated," sources told TMZ. "She tore into Nick for weeks."

Kardashian isn't the only thing that drove a wedge between the spouses: Carey has reportedly felt "abandoned" by Cannon because of his work schedule.

The "Always Be My Baby" songstress allegedly thought he was spending too much time away from her and their children.

"They have been living apart for a while. This is not all of a sudden. There have been issues between them for a while. They are not getting along," another source close to Carey told E! News.

"She wants to end it and it has been in the works for months, which is why her house in the Bahamas and the house in Bel-Air are on the market."

Carey and Cannon married on April 30, 2008, at the starlet's Bahamas estate and every year since, the duo made a pubic effort to renew their vows — except for this past April.
