MAC MILLER RESPONDS TO DONALD TRUMP I'M NOT EMINEM!

Rising Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller continues to coast after getting some unexpected accolades from businessman Donald Trump in which he congratulated Mac for achieving over 20 million views of the song and video sharing the millionaire’s namesake. Calling Mac Miller “the new Eminem,” Trump raised the ire of some critical fans to which the 19-year-old Wiz Khalifa affiliate addressed in a recent interview.

Hardknock.tv caught up with Mac Miller where he displayed his humble personality and expressed slight annoyance at how fans reacted to the Slim Shady comparison. “It was ridiculous how like people got so worked up over him being like ‘you’re the new Eminem,” said Mac. “He’s not going to be like ‘I was listening to this Mac Miller kid and he seems influenced by Tribe Called Quest, he seems like he listens to a lot of Big L growing up and that he’s really going there in Hip Hop.’ All he meant was I’m a white rapper and I’m blowing up.”

Mac continued to dish on the critics who gave Donald Trump the blues for the nod. “People were like ‘how can The Donald say that, how can they say that Mac Miller it Eminem, they’re different.’ Obviously we’re different, dude, so don’t worry about what Donald Trump calls me. I was just excited that I reached a level that someone like that I’m on their radar.”

Mac Miller also revealed during the interview that he still resides at home with his mother and although he has the means to live anywhere he wants, he intends to purchase a residence in the same suburban Pittsburgh neighborhood he was reared in. Mac also chatted up his upcoming album Blue Slide Park and the debut single “Frick Park Market.”
