Carmelo Anthony is a one man economic stimulus package - for ticket sellers.

He sent the price of Knicks tickets skyrocketing Tuesday.

Nosebleed seats for Wednesday night's game against the lowly Milwaukee Bucks are selling for up to $170 each on StubHub.com. - a 600% hike from the weekend prices.

From there, the ducats only go higher. Much higher.

Courtside seats are on sale for a wallet-busting $6,755 each.

Anthony's arrival has pushed Knicks tickets into the top selling ticket slot on StubHub over the past 24 hours.

"This is absolutely a result of the excitement for 'Melo being in the orange and blue," said StubHub spokeswoman Joellen Ferrer. "Until yesterday, Lady Gaga tickets were the talk of the town. And now, 'Melo has definitely trumped that."

Ferrer said two courtside seats for the Bucks game have already been scooped up for $2,555 each.

Tickets for the Knicks much-anticipated battle with the Boston Celtics on March 21 are even more expensive.

Seats in the upper deck for that contest are starting at $170 on StubHub, while courtside tickets are on sale for as much as $13,000 a piece.

"Everybody's looking for that hot ticket," Ferrer said.
