As two of Hollywood's most respected veteran actors, Morgan Freeman and Clint Eastwood have a friendship stemming back decades. So when Freeman, 72, flirted up a storm with Eastwood's wife Dina at the London premiere of their new film Invictus last night, the Dirty Harry star, 79, didn't seem to mind.
As Freeman greeted the couple on the red carpet of the Leicester Square screening, he couldn't resist embracing Eastwood's 44-year-old spouse and giving her a twirl.
Clearly surprised by Freeman's dramatic greeting, Dina, hung on to the actor for dear life as he bent her backwards.
The spectacle was watched by an amused Eastwood, who was seen laughing at the pair.
Last night turned out to be a real family affair for Eastwood, who was also joined by his mother-in-law and daughters Morgan, 13, and Francesca, 16.
In Eastwood's latest film, he directs old pal Freeman as Nelson Mandela in Invictus, the story of how the leader united fractured South Africa during the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
