LOL! KATT WILLIAMS ARREST VIDEO!

Katt Williams was FURIOUS when Oakland police arrested him Thursday morning ... so furious he threatened to cancel his show in O-Town today over the experience -- and TMZ has the arrest footage.
Katt was busted outside Kimball's Carnival in East Oakland around 3AM after allegedly hitting someone in the head with a bottle at a nearby hotel. He was released yesterday afternoon.

In the video, Katt says "Call Live Nation ... call the radio station ... the show's canceled."

Katt was referring to his show tonight at Oakland's Oracle Arena -- but he was bluffing ... because we called the venue to see if it's still on ... and they said yes.

Katt also seems to claim he was outnumbered during the alleged hotel fight -- saying, "Four dudes ... one of me" -- but the audio isn't clear.
