LOL! COUGAR LOVE! VIVICA FOX GETS ENGAGED TO HER BOYFRIEND!

It looks like Santa brought Vivica A. Fox a fiancé this year.

The actress is set to wed Omar (Slim) White, a club promoter from Atlanta and her boyfriend of one year.

The couple got "engaged the day after Christmas," her rep told the Daily News.

According to People.com, the pair spent two days at the Ritz-Carlton in South Beach, Fla., where White, 27, proposed with an 8-carat diamond ring.

A source told People that Fox, 46, "is over the moon – so excited, so in love" with White, who wants to have children.

"Vivica said she has never been happier and looks forward to living part-time in Atlanta where Slim works," the source said. "They are both eager to start their lives together and have a family."

Fox, who in 2009 hosted a reality show called "The Cougar," was previously married to Christopher (Sixx-Nine) Harvest for four years. They divorced in 2002.

In August, White announced – via press release – that he and Fox had split, only to recant hours later.

"I want to clear the air about the rushed statement released yesterday about Vivica and I breaking up. Sometimes a person may act out of anger," White said, apologizing for "overreacting instead of letting time take its course."

Shortly after, Fox told the Daily News' Gatecrasher column that they were "fine."

"All relationships have their ups and their downs," she said in a email. "I'm soo proud that Slim was man enough to clear up the air. He is a very good man with a great heart!"
