LMFAO! NE-YO QUESTIONS ROLLING STONE FOR PUTTING SNOOKIE ON THE COVER!

Snooki has moved on from battling with Joy Behar to musician Ne-Yo.

After the R&B artist questioned last week why the "Jersey Shore" star graced a recent cover of Rolling Stone, an escalating war of words ensued between the two.

"Wow. Snooki is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Really? I quit," Ne-Yo tweeted on March 7, adding, "(Just kidding, but almost serious....)."

"No disrespect to Snooki, I don't know her, but damn Rolling Stone?" he wrote in a second tweet. "REALLY? REALLY! I guess....."

Snooki, 23, responded on Twitter the next day, asking, "Neyo's mad that I got the cover of rolling stone?"

"Hm you lost a loyal fan," she tweeted. "What a buzz kill.#sorry."

The dispute grew when 31-year-old Ne-Yo – who has never appeared on a Rolling Stone cover – defended his opinion to E! Online.

"I don't know her so I can't disrespect her but I feel like Rolling Stone is a music magazine," he told the site, "and for them to put her on the cover, it's like, 'Really?!'"

But the singer's argument doesn't hold much weight.

Rolling Stone has not only featured non-musicians on its cover for decades (with stars ranging from Pamela Anderson to Stephen Colbert), but it's also been known to showcase reality stars from time to time, like the girls of "The Hills."

Snooki told UsMagazine.com on Sunday that she was really "upset" about the dis.

"I'm a big fan of Ne-Yo," she admitted. "Every song was on my iPod and I deleted them yesterday just because of his comments."

But she still has a message for him.

"Why do you hate me? I'm the nicest person ever," Snooki told him via the gossip site. "I understand you are a little mad cause your career is not up right now and I'm on the cover but you know what – like I'm a nice person and I deserve it, so get over it."
