If imitation is the highest form of flattery, is it safe to say that Miley Cyrus is a big Nicki Minaj fan?

The former Disney star played dress up for Halloween this year, and her costume of choice looked a bit familiar – possibly because she was dressed up as the sassy “Starships” singer.

Cyrus, 19, wore her best blond wig, butt pads and outrageous eyelashes to recreate Minaj’s signature look, tweeting out a pouty photo with the caption “You a stupid hoe” Wednesday morning.

“Stupid Hoe” is Minaj’s controversial single from earlier this year.For her part, Minaj seemed flattered by Cyrus’ Halloween getup.

“I think I’m going to probably go as Miley Cyrus,” the 29-year-old female emcee told Ryan Seacrest on his morning show later in the day, “because she is going as me and I just saw her picture on Twitter.

“I could do the short blonde buzz-cut like Miley.”
