LMAO! MAN GETS BANNED FROM SEX FOR BEING TOO STUPID!

A secretive court in England has banned a man from having sex because of his low IQ.

Referred to only as "Alan" in court documents, his IQ is 48, which means he has a "moderate" learning disability.

" 'Alan' is seriously challenged in all aspects of his mental functionality," the judge said.

Despite his mental abilities, however, he possess "a vigorous sex drive."

"This has led to sexual relations with persons of both genders, although it is not suggested that 'Alan' has ever had heterosexual coitus," the judge said.

The 41-year-old had been carrying on a relationship with another man he was living with, the judge's ruling states.

It is unclear when the relationship started between "Alan" and the man, identified only as "Kieron." It was shortly after the relationship was discovered in 2009 that the case was brought to the U.K.'s Court of Protection, a controversial body which issues decisions regarding the health of individuals who for one reason or another cannot decide for themselves.

Its decisions have notoriously remained hidden behind closed door sessions, but have begun to be more open in the past year.

The Court of Protection has been criticized in recent years because its decisions could potentially include forcing individuals to undergo medical procedures, require women to use birth control, and even make them have abortions, London's Daily Telegraph reported.

"Alan" had already been under supervision to prevent him from having sexual contact with anyone but himself for more than a year. The concern was that his mental capacity prevented him from understanding the nature of sex or the consequences it could have.

He displayed no understanding of female sexual organs or their reproductive functions, according to therapists who conducted numerous tests on "Alan."

"His knowledge as to health risks was very limited and faulty," the judge said in his ruling. "He thought that sex could give you spots or measles. Although he knew what a condom was he was not able to put one on properly."

Two incidents in 2008 also caused concern. "Alan" was accused of "touching his groin, licking his lips" in the presence of a young boy while in a dentist's office. Around the same time, two girls, aged 9 and 10, accused the man of touching their legs and attempting to look up their skirts while on a bus.

"I therefore make a declaration that at the present time 'Alan' does not have the capacity to consent to and engage in sexual relations," the judge ruled.

"Alan" lives on his own now, but is closely supervised. He receives sexual education, and could potentially regain the right to have intercourse again if he proves he fully understands it.

The judge noted that "he has thrived in his new placement and has not expressed any wish to resume sexual activity."
