Pop sensation Justin Bieber was forced to hightail it on his Segway when he was mobbed by a group of frenzied fans in an Arizona parking lot this weekend.

While enjoying some downtime in Glendale, Ariz. - where he was scheduled to perform on stage Sunday night - Bieber was spotted by a group of teenage girls, the Daily Mail reports.

Although the 16-year-old tried to make a run for it on his Segway, hordes of fans soon had him surrounded.

Once the "Baby" singer was caught, he took the time to pose for pictures and sign autographs.

Bieber should know by now that teenage girls at his shows are a constant threat. Last April, Australian police had to cancel a scheduled performance after several girls were injured when crowds rushed the stage at a free outdoor concert.

Seven months later, the Biebs had to cancel a scheduled appearance at Long Island’s Roosevelt Field Mall when the crowds got out of control.
