LITTLE GIRL IN A STROLLER GETS RUN OVER BY A SUV ON TAPE!

An Arizona mother's attempt to cross a busy intersection while pushing her 4-year-old daughter in a stroller nearly ended in tragedy when an SUV ran them over, a shocking video shows.
Amazingly, the pair was not seriously injured.

Perla Romero miraculously avoided the hulking car's tires and is seen standing up and walking to her mom after the car passes.

Regina Carrasco, the girl's mother, told a local news station that she was caught off guard by the light change.
Cops dropped charges against the driver for failing to yield at the Scottsdale intersection after reviewing surveillance footage and seeing that the light was actually green when the vehicle hit the mother and daughter.
