Lindsay Lohan Says Rockstar Games Used Her Likeness In "Grand Theft Auto V"

Desperate for a meal-ticket, Lindsay Lohan takes a page from those who see Jesus in toast.

Lindsay Lohan is claiming the video game Grand Theft Auto V stole her likeness

The star has ordered her lawyers to craft a lawsuit seeking payment from Rockstar Games for using her image in the game, TMZ reported.

In one of the tiles on the game’s cover — and in much of the advertising for the game — is a woman in a red bikini taking a selfie, to whom Lohan claims she has a distinct resemblance.

In reality, the woman in question used by Rockstar was model Shelby Welinder.

Though Rockstar has not commented on the matter, Lohan's case holds little weight as Welinder had already confirmed that she was the girl from the cover and ads back in late 2012

Firecrotch might have a point!
