Lil Kim Looks Unrecognizable In New Pic

A recent pic of rapper Lil Kim hits the web and she looks unrecognizable. At first I thought there's no way that's Lil Kim but it turns out it is. I don't know if it's the Michael Jackson nose or the cat woman's face but whatever it is, it has completely changed the way she looks. The pic also looks like she had a botched boob job. Her nipples are facing different directions. I'm not saying this to be funny .... Just stating Facts!
