Lil' Kim has always loved the spotlight, but since her 2005 stint in prison for perjury, she's been getting more attention for her rumored plastic surgery than her antics. While the media has speculated that the pint-sized star underwent breast implants, a nose job and a brow lift after her release, Lil' Kim refuses to comment.

In March interview, in response to a BET.com reporter's question as to whether she had had surgery to make herself look less black, Lil' Kim promptly hung up the phone. Rumors have also been flying that Kim had to undergo a nose reconstruction after a botched rhinoplasty.
