LADY GAGA TOPS FORBES CELEBRITY 100 LIST! THANKS TO ALL THE MONSTERS!

Even Oprah Winfrey can't stand in the way of the Lady Gaga juggernaut.

The "Poker Face" singer has knocked the television colossus out of the No. 1 spot on the 2011 Forbes Celebrity 100 list.

Winfrey, who has held the top spot in three out of the past four years, dropped into second place, despite earning en estimated $290 million last year.

The folks at Forbes said it wasn't just Lady Gaga's earning ability but her overall influence that made her the most powerful celebrity on earth.

"Lady Gaga tops our power list not just because of her $90 million in earnings, but also because of her 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter followers, who helped move 1 million copies of her hit single 'Born This Way' in just five days," the magazine said.

Precocious pop star Justin Bieber made his debut on the list at No. 3, making the youngest celeb - at age 17 - to make the cut.

Other notable newcomers include Katy Perry (No. 12), "Inception" director Christopher Nolan (No. 47) and Academy Award-winning actress Natalie Portman (No. 75).

Blow-dried blowhard Donald Trump broke into the top 20 for the first time at No. 17, due to his heightened media presence stemming from his presidential false start.

Dropping out of the top 100 were fading pop star Britney Spears and actor Daniel Radcliffe of "Harry Potter" fame.

The Top Ten - according to Forbes - are as follows:

No. 1 - Lady Gaga

No. 2 - Oprah Winfrey

No. 3 - Justin Bieber

No. 4 - U2

No. 5 - Elton John

No. 6 - Tiger Woods

No. 7 - Taylor Swift

No. 8 - Bon Jovi

No. 9 - Simon Cowell

No. 10 - LeBron James
