Kodak Black’s Canadian concerts could be cancelled after the rapper was arrested in a drug bust at the border.
The rapper’s Monday show in Montreal and Tuesday Toronto gig are in jeopardy after Border authorities found weed and a 9mm Glock pistol in his Cadillac Escalade, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Kodak, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was driving the SUV as he and two others attempted to enter the US Wednesday at the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge in Niagra County, NY, the website reported.
Kodak was released the next day from jail, and was snapped walking out while shielding his face from photogs with a fan of cash.
His Wednesday show in Boston and Friday gig in Connecticut were cancelled after the arrest.
People trying to cross the border are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for eligibility, border patrol sources told TMZ.
Criminal charges are grounds to prohibit crossing.
