Rapper Kodak Black has reportedly been indicted in South Carolina on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct. The 20-year-old "No Flockin'" rapper stands accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in a hotel following one of his shows in February 2016, local ABC affiliate WPDE reports. The hip-hop star, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was arrested in November 2016 on criminal sexual conduct charges. The assault reportedly happened in a Comfort Inn and Suites in Florence County, South Carolina, and the victim was a fan who had attended his show earlier in the night. The Florida-based rapper took the teen and a friend back to the hotel, where he eventually told her he "couldn't help himself," and forced himself on her and bit her, according to the Sun-Sentinel. According to TMZ, Octave was actually indicted in April despite news of the charges breaking Monday. He faces up to 30 years in prison. In June, the rapper spent a month behind bars in Florida for violating parole stemming from a 2016 conviction. Octave is signed to Atlantic Records, a representative from which told the Daily News in a statement that the label is aware of the indictment, and expected it "as part of the normal process of the pending case."
