This evidence came sealed with a kiss.
Two Oklahoma men were busted on drug charges when they were caught in the backseat of a police car eating three eight balls of meth — after using their mouths to split the batch.
Timothy Povlick was already chewing the bag of drugs when his pal, Derek Boff, was tossed into the cruiser after a traffic stop last month in Bartlesville, about 45 miles north of Tulsa, according to KOKI-TV.
But Povlick, who was collared for open warrants, didn’t know he was being recorded when he told Boff he had to split the stash fearing he could die by eating it all himself, according to a clip of the footage obtained by the local Fox affiliate.
“We’re going to have to be gay for a second,” Povlick is heard saying in the video, adding that they’ll have to pass the drugs mouth to mouth.
“It’s nasty bro, I’m telling you,” Boff said.
“I know — do you want it?” Povlick responds.
“Try sucking some of the saliva off of it and I will,” Boff said.
The two locked lips for a brief second to swap the bag of drugs before cops got back in the car and hauled them to a local jail.
“They ended up swapping a kiss to exchange the baggies in order to try to keep them concealed so we wouldn’t find them,” Officer Cheyenne Lee with the Bartlesville Police Department told the news station.
But Lee saw the footage a few minutes later and busted the two men. The cop said he likely would have missed what happened if it weren’t for the audio.
Povlick admitted to eating the drugs and was rushed to a hospital, where doctors treated him to prevent an overdose.
Both men were later booked on charges that included possession of methamphetamine and destruction of evidence.
