Kim Porter -- an actress, model and mother of four, including three of Diddy's children -- died Thursday (Nov. 15) at age 47. Her death was first reported by TMZ and later confirmed to Billboard.
"Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter," a rep for Diddy told Billboard. "I ask that you give the families privacy at this time."
If you've followed Puff's career, you're well aware of Porter, who was the mother to three of Diddy's six children. The couple first began dating back in 1994 and eventually broke things off in 2007 after roughly 13 years.
Together, they had Christian Combs in 1998 and later had twins in 2006: Jessie James and D'Lila. Porter is also the mother of music artist Quincy Brown, whose dad is Al B. Sure. She last posted to Instagram on Nov. 6 encouraging people to get out and vote.
TMZ is reporting that Porter had been sick with pneumonia for several weeks. Emergency units were dispatched to her Los Angeles home around noon PT, when a call came in for a patient suffering from cardiac arrest.
