KIM KARDASHIAN GETS ENGAGED! SMH! YOU CAN'T TURN A HOE INTO A HOUSEWIFE!

After seemingly endless rumors and speculation, it's finally true: Kim Kardashian is engaged!

The brunette bombshell is set to wed New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries, her boyfriend of six months.

"I didn't expect this at all," Kardashian gushed to People magazine.

According to the mag, Humphries surprised his 30-year-old bride-to-be on May 18 by spelling out "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" in rose petals on her bedroom floor.

"I was in such shock," Kardashian recalled. "I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

Humphries, 26, collaborated with Kardashian's mom, also named Kris, on a post-engagement family celebration later that night.

"Kris really didn't want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he'd be fine if there were mini-horses there," the reality star recounted. "Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!"

And what about the rather large diamond ring Kardashian is now sporting on her left ring finger?

It's a whopping 20.5 carat, custom-designed jewel designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

"I just knew I wanted it to be big," Humphries told the magazine.

The couple began dating in December, shortly after Kardashian had a brief romance with model Gabriel Aubry.

Kardashian was previously married to Damon Thomas, whom she divorced in 2004 after four years of marriage.
