Khloe Kardashian Buys Justin Bieber's Old Crib For $7.2 Million

Khloe Kardashian is shelling out big bucks to buy the infamous Justin Bieber party palace now at the center of his egging investigation.

The reality TV star has agreed to purchase the pop star’s mansion in Calabasas, Calif., after cops raided it Jan. 14 looking for evidence Bieber egged his next door neighbors Jeffrey and Suzie Schwartz days earlier, the Daily News confirmed.

“I’m very happy. It’s been a little hush-hush, but we’ve known for a little while,” Suzie Schwartz told The News Thursday.

“I’ll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week,” she said. “I’m sure she’s harmless. And I hope it’s great for her. I’m sure it will be great for us.”

The latest celebrity real estate shuffle, first reported by Us Magazine, comes after Kardashian, 29, and her estranged husband Lamar Odom sold their marital manse in nearby Tarzana to “Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuoco.

According to TMZ.com, the reality star purchased Bieber's pad for $7.2 million.
Kardashian filed for divorce from her hoopster hubby in December and then listed the Tarzana house for about $5.5 million.

Bieber’s Calabasas crib, seen in photos provided by Trulia.com, is in the ultra-private gated community The Oaks, the former home of Britney Spears and current enclave of Michael Jackson’s mom and kids.

Bieber, 20, had plenty of run-ins with local cops and neighbors over his loud parties at the house and alleged reckless driving.
He’s now facing a possible felony vandalism charge for allegedly hurling raw eggs at the Schwartz’s house Jan. 9.

Jeffrey Schwartz told cops he caught the Canadian crooner in the act and even videotaped some of the verbal exchange.

He claimed Bieber threw at least 20 eggs at his home, causing some $20,000 worth of damage to his Venetian plaster and stained wood exterior.

Lt. David Thompson said sheriff’s deputies seized surveillance footage during the raid that was turned over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney.

The cop defended his decision to search Bieber’s house with a dozen detectives in nine cars due to the home’s reputation and size.

“I’m a taxpayer as well, so I understand all the questions. But a judge signed a search warrant, and we knew there was a humongous main house, a guest house, a 10-car garage, armed security and likely several people staying there,” he told The News in January.

Bieber left California shortly after the alleged egg assault and was arrested in Miami Beach Jan. 23 after a cop allegedly caught him drag racing a loaner Lamborghini on a sleepy residential street.

The “Baby” singer has pleaded not guilty to DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license in Florida.
He was later charged with assault on a limo driver in Toronto.

His California criminal lawyer said in a statement that Bieber was not guilty in the Canada case.
