Keshia Knight Pulliam Of ‘The Cosby Show’ Is Pregnant

Keshia Knight Pulliam and hubby Ed Hartwell are ready to welcome a new addition to the family.

The 37-year-old actress, who played the lovable Rudy Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” is expecting her first child with former NFL player Hartwell, Us Weekly reported.

Pulliam took to Instagram on Monday to announce the news.

“Surprise!!! We have a new addition coming soon,” she wrote.

The Newark, N.J., native also shared that her family dinner on Sunday was used to break the news and declare the gender of the baby — it’s a girl!

Pulliam and Hartwell were engaged on New Year’s Eve 2015 and wed shortly thereafter surrounded by family and friends in their living room.

"We did it literally in our living room in our home," she said on her podcast “Kandidly Keshia” back in January.

"We come from large family. I'm one of four, Ed is one of six. We invited people. They had no clue they were coming to a wedding. They thought they were coming to a New Year's party,” she continued.

The former child star became the youngest Emmy nominee in 1986. The actress later starred in films such as “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” “Beauty Show,” and “Madea Goes to Jail,” as well as the television series “Celebrity Apprentice.”
