Karrueche Tran wants to extend her restraining order against Chris Brown.
The model will go to court Thursday to request her protective order against Brown be extended to three years, TMZ reports.
Sources told the site that Tran, 28, tried to serve Brown, 27, three separate times with the temporary restraining order she received last month, but he allegedly dodged each attempt.
Tran obtained a temporary restraining order against the singer in February after he allegedly threatened to “take her out.” Tran also accused Brown of punching her in the stomach twice several years ago and claimed that he threatened to kill her and several of her friends.
The order requires Brown to stay 100 yards away from Tran, her mother and her brother.
The alleged assaults would have occurred while Brown was on probation for his 2009 assault against then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown denied the claims, eloquently deeming them “bulls—t” in a since-deleted Instagram video.
Last week, one of Tran’s best friends, Joseph Ryan La Cour, obtained his own restraining order against Brown, TMZ reported. La Cour accused Brown of threatening to “lay him out” and of sending friends he believed had gang ties after him.
