Kanye West surprised fans at Sunday's Bulls-Cavaliers playoff game with a brief on-court performance, but it wasn't enough to lift Chicago to victory.
The Windy City native grabbed the mic during a TV timeout in the first quarter and ripped through a rendition of "All Day," a new song off his forthcoming album "SWISH."
During the performance, the song's beat blared over the United Center's public address system while West appeared to do his best to omit a few curse words for the kids in the crowd.
The rapper also introduced his squad's starting lineup.
Later, the "Bound 2" rapper — who has admitted he thinks smiling in photos in uncool — was seen hurriedly wiping a grin off his face after a courtside camera caught him chuckling with the Bulls great Scottie Pippen.
Unfortunately for West, Pippen and the rest of the Chicago faithful, the Bulls dropped Game 4 of their second-round playoff series against the Cavs, 86-84.
LeBron James hit a buzzer beater to win, tying the series 2-2.
The mercurial West has displayed a lighter side in recent months after he was criticized for upstaging Beck at the Grammy Awards in February.
In April, he put on a surprise performance in Armenia's capital and capped it off by frolicking in a pond with scores of gleeful fans.
