One of rap’s biggest names will be helping Lollapalooza make its debut overseas. Kanye West will be one of the headliners when Lollapalooza heads to Santiago, Chile this spring. The festival, which takes place April 2nd and 3rd, will also include performances from artists like the Killers, 30 Seconds to Mars, Jane’s Addiction, 311, and Cypress Hill. Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell says they did a “remarkable” job of putting together the festival’s lineup, telling MTV News, quote, “We put it together at a record pace as we had four months. We did not want to come to Chile with a lineup that was anything other than world-class.”
Lollapalooza isn’t the only music festival Kanye will be headlining this year. The emcee is also slated to take the stage at Coachella, which takes place April 15th to the 17th at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
