Kanye West Claims Virgil Abloh’s Died After “Stealing” From Him

Kanye West claims late designer Virgil Abloh, whom Ye believes “stole” from him. During his time on Parti livestream with Sneako this weekend, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West called out those he believes are “going against” him, naming Abloh as one who passed away due to “stealing” from West and attempting to “take the king position.” “And I’m like, man, ni**as who go against me be dead, bro. Who y’all watching, who y’all care about West also noted that Abloh being appointed artistic director of menswear for Louis Vuitton in 2018 was a moment of personal “trauma” for him, alongside “dealing with [his] children” and the death of his mother. Abloh tragically passed away in November 2021 after battling cardiac angiosarcoma, an aggressive and rare form of cancer. One year later, West accused LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton CEO Bernard Arnault of being responsible for Abloh’s death, still referring to Abloh as his “best friend” at the time.
