Kanye West Alleged Victim In Battery Case Wants To Settle For Mucho Dinero

The teen who allegedly hurled racial slurs at Kim Kardashian and got Yeezus' biblical wrath in return is now hoping for a cash settlement, a well-placed source told the Daily News.

The unidentified 18-year-old has reached out to Kanye West's camp in an attempt to reach a private pact and is "ducking" cops in the meantime, the source said Tuesday.

"He cancelled a meeting with (Beverly Hills Police)," the source said, referring to the teen. "He initiated something with Kanye's reps, an overture for money."

The teen is asking for several hundred thousand dollars, sources told TMZ.com.

West, 36, is under investigation for misdemeanor battery after the teen told cops that the "Bound 2" rapper turned violent inside an office building on Jan. 13.

Before the confrontation with West, the teen allegedly unleashed a racist rant on Kardashian as she entered the building alone on her way to a meeting, a source told The News last week.

"F--k you b--ch. Just trying to help. Shut up n----r lover, stupid slut," the teen shouted after Kardashian scolded him for foul language directed at paparazzi, the well-placed source said.

The teen also threatened physical harm and followed Kardashian, 33, as she tried to walk away and meet West elsewhere in the building, the source claimed.

"He threatened to hit her. He said, 'I bet I could beat you,'" the source said, referring to the teen.

"She's tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, 'Slut! N---er lover! C--t,' you don't know if you're dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you," the source said. "She was so upset, she was crying."

West raced to his fiancée's side after speaking with Kardashian by cell phone, the source said.

According to TMZ, West went ballistic and punched the teen multiple times inside a chiropractor's office.

Beverly Hills cops rushed to the scene around 12:15 p.m. and said the alleged victim and witnesses named West as the suspect.

The music mogul bolted from the scene before police arrived, cops said.

Kardashian, who has a 7-month-old daughter with West, has conferred with her own legal team and is "investigating every option available," the well-placed source said last week.

Attempts to reach a spokesman for Beverly Hills Police were not immediately successful Tuesday.

The alleged dust-up wasn't the first time West has been accused of public aggression.

He pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft in November in a case involving a caught-on-camera scuffle with a paparazzo at LAX last summer.

The photog later hired lawyer Gloria Allred.

"While we would never condone someone taunting Mr. West or (Kardashian) by using racist, sexist or homophobic terms, we believe that (West) certainly has the ability to call the police, and that unless he is being physically attacked he needs to keeps his hands to himself," Allred said in a statement to The News.

Allred said West's celebrity status does not give him the "right" to use his "fists as a weapon."
