Justin Bieber Ordered To Take Anger Management Classes

Justin Bieber will take a 12-hour anger management class and donate $50,000 to charity to wiggle his way out of his Miami DUI charge, according to a report.

The 20-year-old Canadian crooner will plead guilty to careless driving and resisting an officer without violence at a hearing Wednesday, sources told the Miami Herald.

The “Baby” singer was originally busted for driving under the influence and resisting arrest Jan. 23 after allegedly taking part in an illegal street race with a loaner Lamborghini.

In exchange for the lesser charge, Bieber will have to watch videos about real-life DUI cases that ended tragically and take a private anger-management course, the Herald reported. He’ll pay court fines as well as make a $50,000 charitable donation, sources told the paper.

The pop star isn’t expected to appear at Wednesday afternoon’s hearing.

He was never charged with drag racing, but he dropped multiple F-bombs during the stop, had an expired Georgia license and appeared to be intoxicated, police said.

"I immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," the arresting officer wrote of his belligerent collar in the police report. "The driver had slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face. These are all indicators of an impaired driver."

A breath test detected some evidence of alcohol, but it was below the 0.02 threshold in Florida for underage drivers.
Urine tests showed he had marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his system, police said.

He took his no-jail deal to settle allegations he egged his former neighbor’s mansion in Calabasas, Calif., last January and caused around $20,000 worth of damage to its pricey plaster and imported wood exterior.
The judge ordered him to pay $80,900 in restitution to neighbors Jeff and Suzie Schwartz.
