JUELZ SANTANA SAYS "BORN TO LOSE, BUILT TO WIN" WILL BE OUT BY DECEMBER!

Juelz has been talking about dropping a couple mixtapes followed by an album for a while now and still hasn't delivered on either fronts. In this new interview with WhatsHotInHipHop, the Dipset rapper reiterates that 2 tapes and the Def Jam album Born To Lose, Built To Win will hopefully be out before December. Time will tell.
