John Legend is postponing two upcoming concerts because he’s sick and needs to rest his voice.
The powerhouse vocalist posted on Twitter Tuesday that he is rescheduling his Maryland and Camden concerts as he’s become sick and needs “a few days to recover.”
“I will get healthy and look forward to spending the evening with you as soon as possible,” the “All of Me” singer wrote.
Legend said he “personally” apologized for having to back out on his fans.
“Thank you for understanding,” he added.
It is unclear what type of illness he is dealing with, but he noted that tickets and seating would be honored once new dates are announced for the June 20 Merriweather Post Pavilion show and the Thursday BB&T Pavilion event.
