JAY Z TO RELEASE EP CALLED "LIVE IN BROOKLYN" OF HIS BARCLAYS SHOW!

“Wishing on a Star” does work!

For those that didn’t get a chance to catch one of Jay-Z’s eight concerts christening the opening of Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, there’s the next best thing.

The rap icon is releasing an “audio/visual optic EP” of the experience called “Live in Brooklyn” on iTunes this Tuesday, RapRadar.com reported.

The eight live songs on the EP were filmed and recorded during Saturday’s show. It’s the same concert that Jay-Z had live-streamed for free on his Life and Times YouTube channel.

While all the Barclays shows were sold out, Saturday night’s was extra special: Jay-Z set the tone by riding the R train with his fans to get to the gig. He later surprised the crowd with a special guest — his wife Beyoncé joined him on stage to perform their 2003 duet “Crazy in Love” and his tune “Young Forever.”
