JAY Z & BEYONCE IS BUILDING A MASSIVE NURSERY FOR THEIR BABY!

Beyonce and Jay-Z really know how to welcome a child.

The expecting "Countdown" singer, 30, and her rapper husband, 41, are said to be bringing their baby into the world with style.

According to Us Weekly, the couple is in the process of creating a 2,200 square foot baby nursery in their Tribeca loft.

But while the mammoth-sized room may seem like a dream location, it's reportedly raised some skepticism among friends close to the A-list pair.

"Some people are like, ‘Won't you be scared to leave your baby in that huge room?'" a source told the mag.

Come February, the unborn child will be officially receiving the royal treatment.

That's not a nursery! That's some people's houses!
