Beyoncé and Jay-Z are teaming up with Tiffany & Co. to provide scholarships to five historically Black colleges and universities. The Love Scholarship program is being made possible through the BeyGOOD and Shawn Carter Foundations.
Following the launch of their "About Love" campaign, the New York-based jeweler has pledged two-million dollars in funding towards the program. The schools receiving scholarships include Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, Norfolk State University in Virginia, Bennett College in North Carolina, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Central State University in Ohio.
The Carters have a long history of supporting HBCU’s. In 2019 Jay-Z assisted an HBCU bus tour. While, Bey’s BeyGOOD foundation has awarded scholarships to HBCU students for many years.
