Janelle Monáe Celebrates Her ‘Lady And The Tramp’ Role

Janelle Monáe celebrated her new role in the live-action version of Disney’s “Lady and the Tramp” with gal pals at dinner at Midtown’s Ocean Prime.

The movie will co-star Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux.

“She came in dressed in a canary-yellow jacket and a bowler hat. She raised a glass of rum punch and toasted with her friends,” a source said.

The singer flew in after performing at Austin City Limits, and is in town promoting her new album “Dirty Computer.”
