When it comes to prized photo-ops, Jennifer Love Hewitt is the master.

The "Ghost Whisperer" star was photographed Saturday wearing a black bikini as she attempted to play basketball and tennis with her boyfriend, Jamie Kennedy, during their trip to Hawaii.

As if her choice of workout attire wasn't questionable enough, the actress opted to wear a pair of high heels while running around the court.

Hewitt, 30, is in the Aloha State with her 39-year-old co-star and real-life love, who she began dating in March, for a reported photo shoot.

Hewitt has come a long way since she flaunted her curves in a bathing suit. The actress was publicly mocked for sporting a fuller figure while on a beach two years ago, but has since dropped the extra 18 pounds.

She told Us Weekly that the attention over her body made her feel "a little embarrassed. It made me a little sad. It hurt my feelings."

She added, "Not everybody can be super tall and super skinny. You have to look inside yourself and find your own confidence. It wavers from day to day, but that's human nature."
