Iggy Azalea Got A New Nose & Chin

Iggy Azalea appears to have gotten some "Work" done to her face.

The Australian-born rapper reportedly showed up to the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night with a new nose and chin.

The performer, who recently opened up about having her breasts enlarged, went under the knife again and is really happy with her new features, according to an exclusive report by Us Weekly.

"She loves the results! She wasn't happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time," a source told the mag.

The rapper first spoke about her breast implants in Vogue's April issue.

"I did change something. Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!" the "Pretty Girls" rapper said. "I'd thought about it my entire life."

Azalea took home Top Rap Artist and two other Billboard awards Sunday.
